The OW Team are encouraged that the years of labour can somehow bear fruit.

Please share with us and others how the Lord is using your prayers for the nations!

Michael, I wanted you to know as I pray out of Operation World every
night that I appreciate the unsung work that you do. Without our statistics, I believe many less evangelized people would not be evangelized and mission vision would have cataracts. I pray for and your family daily.

By the way after a year of trying to get mission awareness, we now have
a mission committee and many plans and ideas on mission awareness. We have come a long way. After so many rejections I was temped to give up.

Thanks,
Don
Pastor, USA

Hi guys!

Thank you for another year of guidance in praying for oue troubled world. We do have a hard copy of your book, and get every new edition too; but I find your page-a-day service as my home page really a very important addition to my spiritual life. It is a discipline to pause every time I open my computer and acknowledge that there is ALWAYS something more important for me to pray for than to work away at!

with love and gratitude
Martin

Hola Operation World,

I would be honored to be a part in giving you info on Spain.

There are several of us working on trying to keep up to date on things here with the evangelical work and more general other religions.

So, as far a I can reach, count on me.

We deeply appreciate your work and use it all the time.

God bless, un abrazo, Juan

Dear Operation World Team,

It is nice to hear from you and the project of having a new edition of Operation World. I have been working in different organisations for the last 25 years and I have been using the book "Operation World" to spread the vision and to dare believers to pray for the world. This last months I have been praying with my teenager son for some countries where the church is persecuted. It would be a great pleasure to cooperate in the ways you will tell me for a new edition of Operation World. Not only myself but the Spanish Evangelical Alliance would be very happy to be part of this process.

I hope to hear from you soon,

Jaume
General Secretary
Evangelical Alliance of Spain.

In the spring of 01, I went to an international food fair on my campus at Texas A&M. I decided I wanted to try out the African food. As I approached the display I encountered a small group of African men. I love culture and people, so I asked them where they were from. The largest one said with a deep powerful voice, "We are from Angola." "Wow, Angola...okay.... Cash crop is diamonds and crude oil, 1.2 million square kilometers of coastal land in the trade route of Congo and Zambia, and has been in civil war for over 20 years." They were taken back and confused as should anyone be. He asked why I knew so much about their country. I simply and honestly replied, "I prayed for your country's salvation last night." With teary eyes he drew me close with his huge African hand on my should and said, "Thank you, thank you so much, keep praying for my country." I had never met an Angolan before that or since. The world wants prayer.. I know because a big black man told me so.

My name is Dean Martinez (a single man).... I share this with men across the U.S. As I travel with The Traveling Team from campus to campus igniting passion in college students to their part in world evangelism. O'dubs, as we call them are our #1 seller on our book table.

Thanks for your help and all that you do....

For His Kingdom Come,
Dean

Dear Operation World,

First of all, I'd like you to know that "Operación Mundo" (Operation World) has been greatly used by the Lord in the whole World to encourage prayer and to be informed about the situation in many countries. I'm sure the Lord has done great things through His people's prayers.
Please, let me know if there's something specific I can do and I'll try to do it.

My regards to Patrick and a big hug for you!

Greetings in the precious Name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

Thank you very much for your letter of 04/04. We praise God for the ministry of Operation World. It was through an early edition of Op World that the Lord guided me during one of our all night prayer meetings in the army to go as a missionary to Mozambique.

When I read what Patrick Johnson said: That Mozambique was the least evangelized country in the Southern Hemisphere, that there was only one Bible for every thousand people, and of the persecution of the church in this Communist land the Lord gripped my heart and convicted me of the need to go to take the Gospel to our enemies. In April 1982, I crossed the border by motorbike with a thousand New Testaments in Portuguese and the Jesus film.

Operation World has been invaluable for our mission. We have also greatly appreciated the personal encouragement and friendship of Patrick Johnson.
It was also great to meet with Jason Mandryk, when he came past Cape Town on the Doulas.

Yes, we would be very keen to assist in the information gathering and research for your next edition of Operation World.

Our mission, Frontline Fellowship is heavily involved in ministering in South Africa, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Sudan. We also are undertaking missionary work in Malawi, the Congo, Nigeria, and sometimes in Namibia, Angola, Kenya and Uganda.

Please do pass on any country reports on these areas, and we will happily give input and supplement or correct as needed. We will also gladly do country reports for our primary fields of Zimbabwe, Zambia, South Africa and Sudan.

May the Lord continue to be your joy and strength.
Yours for the fulfillment of the Great Commission,

Dr. Peter
Director, Frontline Mission
